Scott Nelson

Memorial service celebrating the life of the artist with a big heart
Scott R. Nelson will be held at a later date.
Scott was born April 14, 1963, in Monroe, LA. and passed from
this life at his home in Calhoun October 1, 2025, from a long-term
chronic illness at the age of 62.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jane and Billy Nelson; his
younger sister, Kathy Nelson and his beloved dog, Turbo.
Those left to cherish his memory include his two sisters, Donna
Nelson of West Monroe, LA, and Melinda Bullock of Walker, LA.;
one brother, Alan Nelson of Eros, LA.; also survived by several
nieces, nephews, beloved puppy, Smokey and a host of extended
family and friends.
Special thanks to the staff at Ascend Hospice Care and dear
friend, Ginger.
Very Special thanks to his nieces, Renae and Erin for their
contributions to his care and happiness.
