Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 126 South 10th Street, West Monroe, Louisiana. Burial will immediately follow at Hasley Cemetery, 1500 Arkansas Road, West Monroe, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 1 pm to 5pm on Friday, February 10, 2023 in the chapel of Hester's Funeral Home, 811 Louise Anne Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana. 

Tie the strings to my life, my Lord; Then I am ready to go! Just a look at the horses--Rapid! That will do! Put me in on the firmest side, So I shall never fall; For we must ride to the Judgment, and it's partly downhill, But never I mind the bridges, and never I mind the sea; Held fast in everlasting race by my own choice and thee.
