Randy Wines, 59, transitioned from this life on December 22, 2023. Visitation will be held from 3pm to 6pm on Friday, December 29, 2023 in the chapel of Hester Central State Funeral Home, 811 Louise Anne Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana. Funeral services will be at 11am on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 200 South 22nd Street, Monroe, Louisiana. There will not be a burial service.

I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that, too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name, all I have are memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part. God has you in his keeping; I have you in my heart.
