Kelvin Saulsberry, 48, transitioned  from this life on Sunday, May 14, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the chapel of Hester's Central State Funeral Home at 1:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Hasley Cemetery, 1500 Arkansas Road, West Monroe, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Friday, May 26, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the chapel of Hester's Central State Funeral Home, 811 Louise Anne Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana.
