Caesar Smith, Sr. transitioned from the life on Sunday, August 11, 2024, in Monroe, Louisiana. Walk through visitation will be held from 4pm to 6pm, Thursday, August 22, 2024 in the chapel of Hester Central State Funeral Home, 811 Louise Anne Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana. Funeral service will be at 11am on August 23, 2024 at St. James #2 (Old Saint James), 2665 Richwood Road #2, Monroe, Louisiana. Burial will immediately follow at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 2413 Highway 425, Rayville, Louisiana.
